On February 3rd, for the first time in Alberta paramedicine history, paramedics were given the opportunity to meet with the Health Minister live to ask raw questions and get real-time answers.
As a non-partisan organization the Association works hard to create professional communication with all government parties and create opportunities like this for our members. This first town hall was attended by members and non-members. The questions varied from ‘softball’ to unorthodox to downright uncomfortable – exactly what you’d expect from such a lively profession.
