Heart and Stroke Foundation

The Heart and Stroke Foundation is a volunteer based, health charity dedicated to fighting cardiovascular disease and stroke. We do so by raising funds to support critical research, and by helping people reduce their risk of heart disease and stroke and by promoting healthy lifestyles. Driven by our vision for healthy lives free from heart disease and stroke, the Foundation embodies five core values: a passion for health, learning every day, embracing diversity, making a difference and being extraordinary together.
