First, thanks for supporting the Association. Follow these next steps to sign up!
Step 1 - Select Full Membership
Select the Alberta Paramedic Association Membership
This option will allow you to get discounted rates and access to all Membership benefits, including insurance.
Step 2 - Fill in Billing Fields
Once you click on that link, you will need to fill in some Billing fields. This will ensure your eligibility with the Membership you chose.
Step 3 - APA Membership and your First Discount offer!
You should receive a message notifying you that you are now an APA member, CONGRATS!
ProLink will reach out to you to ask if you would like to opt-in to their Professional Liability Insurance (PLI) discount offer.
Step 4- Congratulations on becoming a New Member!
Congratulations!
You are set with your new Membership with the Alberta Paramedic Association!
Please remember you will have 30 days from the time of your purchase to request a Refund of membership.

Renewing your Membership
THAT’S EASY!
ALL current Association members will be automatically renewed in so long as our system contains accurate billing and payment information.
But let’s make sure you are all updated PRIOR to your renewal:
Make sure to Complete the Login to access your secure member file first!
If you have forgotten your password, you may avail yourself of the Forgot Password feature at the bottom of the page.
Step 1- Log In to your Accounts Page
You will want to go to the My Account page. This is found in the top right corner of the web site:
Step 2-Secured Log-in Area Confirmation
Once you click on that link, you will be taken to the login screen, if you aren’t already logged in. Enter your username and password followed by clicking on Login to access the secure members area.
If you do not remember your password, click on the Forgot your password? link at the bottom of the login page.
Step 3 - Update your Account History & View Subscription History
Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the following page:
Please verify your email address as this will be the address used for all correspondence, including for your discounted insurance.
To view your all your subscriptions, click the Subscription tab. You can make and/or adjust subscription changes please click the View tab.
TO CHANGE PAYMENT TYPE:
Click on the Blue ‘View’ Button.
Step 4- Update your Payment
Please use the Change Payment tab to update your new payment information.
Step 5: All Ready for Renewal!
That’s all there is to it!
It is important to know which payment methods you are using in addition to your purchase history.

To make changes to your membership
If you want to changes to your membership account, please follow the steps to the right.
Step 1- Log in to My Account page
You will want to go to the My Account page. This is found in the top right corner of the web site:
Step 2- Confirm you are in Secured Members Log-in Area

Step 3-How to change your Account Details
Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the following page:
Please ensure your email address is correct, as that is the email address Prolink will use to contact you about your insurance (if applicable).
To view your subscription history, including your current subscription, click on Subscriptions. You will then see your subscriptions:
Click ‘View’ and choose from the options provided If you are:
a) Changing your membership
b) Cancelling your membership
c) Changing payment, .
To submit a membership cancellation request, please complete this form.
