AltaSteel

AltaSteel is a producer of rolled steel products for the mining, construction, automotive and engineering industries. Based in Edmonton, Alberta the company operates steelmaking, hot rolling and heat treatment facilities. As raw material, the company draws on the scrap steel arising from Edmonton and greater Alberta thereby contributing to the recycling of waste in our community.
We have been operating at this site since 1955, and with some 380 people in our team remain one of the largest employers in the region.
