McDuffe Medical Services & Training was founded with one goal in mind; to provide quality training services to those who need it most. As a paramedic with 7 years of experience in areas including oil & gas, construction, forestry, special event medical standby, ground and air ambulance I saw a need for better training. Ambulance wait times are increasing and the need for those trained in first aid is growing. Without bystander intervention, a persons chance of survival greatly decreases as injury severity increases.

McDuffe Medical Services & Training is a woman-led small business located in Edmonton Alberta serving western Canada.

Our First Aid, CPR and basic life support (BLS) classes are designed to keep everyone from the first-time course attendee to the experienced and seasoned participant engaged. We are a Heart & Stroke training provider and utilize props as well as makeup to simulate real life experiences without sacrificing training standards. During CPR we use a variety of training devices which provide feedback. The devices monitor the rate, depth and quality of compressions as well as ventilations to ensure students know how to perform high quality CPR.  Combined with competitive pricing, a mobile training setup that allows us to come to you and real life experience, we ensure the training you receive exceeds expectations.

Our equipment rentals division allow for new instructors or clinical educators who maybe don't have the budget to be able to purchase the required equipment teach classes. Starting out can be expensive and if providing quality, affordable rental equipment means more people are able to learn how to save a life we are all for it!

Covid-19 rapid antigen testing is something new we have started to offer. Some people may not be able to get the vaccine due to medical or religious reasons and we understand that, it shouldn't mean you have to suffer a lower quality of life because of it. We hear you and we are here to support you. Our covid-19 rapid antigen test provides results in as little as 15-minutes, it is non-invasive and collects the sample from the nasal entry for patient comfort. The testing is Health Canada approved.
