The Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic reporting to the EMS Manager the Emergency Medical Technician – Paramedic is responsible for responding to emergency and non-emergent calls for service, provide initial assessment, treatment and transport of ill or injured persons.

Education
- Advanced Care Paramedic Diploma (ACP)
Licenses
- International Trauma Life Support Advanced Certificate (ITLS)
- Valid Class 4 driver’s license
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certificate (PALS)
Other Education and Training
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Knowledge and Abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Registered/eligible with Saskatchewan College of Paramedics at ACP/EMT-P
