The Saskatchewan Health Authority has employment opportunities for casual, part time and permanent full-time PrimaryCare Paramedics (PCP) across the province.
Reporting to the EMS Operations Manager the Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) is responsible for responding to emergent and non-emergent EMS calls for service; and for providing initial assessment, treatment, stabilization and transport of ill or injured persons at the Basic Life Support level.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Primary Care Paramedic diploma (PCP)
• International Trauma Life Support Certificate (ITLS)
• Registered Emergency Medical Technician/Primary Care Paramedic (EMT/PCP)
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate / Automated External Defibrillator Certificate (AED/CPR – BLS (HCP)
• Valid Class 4 driver’s license
Pay and Benefits:
- Wages: $29.90 – $36.57/hr
